Last Tuesday night, San Francisco's very own Chris Cosentino put on his head-to-tail dinner for New York, and Cutlets brought his video camera to document the feast, which included items like beef heart tartar, raw venison liver sashimi, candied coxcombs and other treats we've come to know and love from the Incanto kitchen.
