While Joey & Eddie's slowly takes over Moose's, Joseph Manzare reveals in an interview that he's been going back and forth to Japan, and is currently planning a "sushi bar and some small ramen places." And when he opens new places, he just copies his mentor Wolfgang Puck's path to success: "I followed Wolf's formula by hiring an architect to get good design, found some local artist to hang some cool sh--, piped in good music."
