Martin Yan currently has two quick-service restaurants named Yan Can in the Bay Area (Santa Clara and Pleasant Hill, to be specific), and now the famous television chef has brokered a deal for 50 more nationwide locations of his budding chain-to-be: "The Yan Can restaurants, which will be operated or franchised by Yan's Asian Culinary Concepts Inc., are seen as a step above Panda Express, working strictly with fresh ingredients to provide customers a high-quality meal at a moderate price." Airports are also rumored to be a common destination for Yan's eateries. [Columbus Dispatch]
