A sensible, even-keeled editorial in the Chron discusses the successes of the health care ordinance and touches on one notable shortcoming: "The [GGRA's] complaints should be considered in context - it did sue the city over the employer mandate provision of the program - but on at least one matter, it is absolutely correct: How is this plan fair to the many San Francisco employees who don't work in the city? This matters not just for restaurant employees, but also sales clerks, cashiers, attendants - a whole host of lower-wage service workers who simply can't afford to live in the extraordinarily expensive city in which they work."
