We're a bit surprised that Michael Bauer didn't take this past Sunday review at Orson, simply because for better or worse, a daring celebrity chef endeavor like Orson seems extra important to the local dining landscape. In any event, Miriam Morgan fills in admirably and gives Elizabeth Falkner a "ho-hum" two stars: "So what's the verdict? Orson is unique, provocative. I'd go back for a drink ... With Falkner's menu changes, which were going into effect at press time, a full meal might become more satisfying. Otherwise, it's a stretch." [Chron]
