Since Team America has never placed better than sixth at the Bocuse d’Or competition—known as "the Olympics of food"—Thomas Keller and Daniel Boulud have taken over next year's team. Flashes of Rocky ensue: "Mr. Boulud expects to involve many chefs in training and coaching the team. 'The goal is to make sure we'll look good ...
