Curbed Rumblings: Bad Week For Bogey, Mickey

It's Friday afternoon, and time to check in on the week that was at our sister site and friendly neighborhood blog, Curbed SF.

1) On Telegraph Hill, the old Shadows restaurant, a noted Humphrey Bogart and Lauren Bacall haunt, has been turned into a single family home, and now the flying parrot mural (above) has been removed.
2) Oh noes! Rich people don't have enough properties to buy!
3) The Disney Store officially shuttered. The northwest corner of Union Square suddenly becomes slightly more bearable.
4) Sage real estate words of advice from the builder of Trinity Plaza: 'Buy the son of a bitch and worry about how you're going to pay for it later."
