Memo to all restaurateurs: try to refrain from kicking patrons—especially rabble-rousing ones who like to file lawsuits—out of your eatery, because apparently you can get sued. A disability activist wrote years of letters to Murillo's Mexican Food, prompting the owner to make $130,000 worth of renovation. Then, when said activist came in for a drink, the owner asked him to leave. Activist calls cops, lawsuits are filed, and today, a San Francisco judge ruled that the lawsuit can go forward. [CBS]
