More on the Wine Pour

The New Yorker puts forth yet another opinion on Christopher Hitchens' article about wine service, this time asking 'What about the ladies?': "According to Amy Vanderbilt's 'Complete Book of Etiquette,' it is the responsibility of the male host or the male guest of honor to keep glasses filled. So, like seconds and sex, women are supposed to play coy even if they want it...This is why chicks dig the waiter approach." [New Yorker via Eater]
