Proving once again that Ubuntu is quite the trailblazer up there in wine country, Napa is ready to start approving even more restaurant gardens: "... the county health and ag departments are starting to move toward inspecting and certifying the increasing numbers of gardens planted by restaurants wanting to feature their own fresh produce. Ubuntu, which maintains a 1-acre garden, was the test plot." [NVR]
