It would appear that a chef shuffle is well underway at Jeanty at Jack's. According to the ad, the FiDi French classic is looking for an executive chef, and our sources say that the bistro has been sans a formal exec for some months now. Some say Jeanty has been a shadow of its former self lately, but since there are few things better than a classic bistro, here's hoping things get sorted out over on Sacramento. [CL]
