Last night, The Butler's In Love screened locally. It's a short film about absinthe by David Arquette, was filmed in San Francisco and stars Mayor Newsom's fiancee. More notably, the opening scenes are shot at film noir paradise Bix Restaurant, which is where Arquette—during his wedding rehearsal dinner—happened to notice the memorable painting that later became the film's namesake.
