The Michelin Man

Even though the new red book won't arrive until fall, Michelin honcho Jean-Luc Naret is in town (to check up on his inspectors?) and shares his ideal day in the Bay: "I would first have lunch at Bouchon in Yountville, then check in to the Aubèrge du Soleil. After some wine tastings, I would have dinner at French Laundry ... Walk down to the Slanted Door for lunch—it's a great Bib Gourmand ... Tonight, I want to try one of the newer restaurants in town, like Orson or South. I try to visit the new places." [SFM]
