When it comes to restaurant health inspections, the Dept. of Public Health is pissed off at a system that allows restaurants—especially the 70 eateries with failing marks—to basically hide their scores from the public eye. At the same time, restaurants are pissed off because they are "baffled by a scoring practice that can vary with each inspection." In other words, not only is the system a mess, but it's a mess that no one even likes. [SFE]
