The first formal review has been filed for a relocated Randy Lewis, a Bauer fave whose talent was last seen getting pushed out of Mecca back in the winter: "Since May of 2008, Lewis has been quietly cooking up a storm at the tiny Bistro des Copains in Occidental. His platform is Provencal bistro fare -- rabbit terrine, buckwheat crepes, roasted duck, braised beef in red wine ... Heading out to Occidental can be a bit of a commitment, especially if you're planning to have a glass of wine. But Lewis' cooking makes any inconvenience well worth the trouble."
