Per yesterday's announcement, today Starbucks rolled out its new brand of drinks and first foray outside the coffee/tea area: the one-size-only Vivanno. And make no mistake: it's a brand. And Starbucks is going to try to sell it. Already, we've received several tips saying that Vivanno ads have littered the town, from BART platforms to your neighborhood Starbucks shop (a veritable signage explosion). For your convenience, we've even taken the liberty of diagramming the scene, with numbers and everything (click on the above photo to see the explanatory captions). As for the smoothies themselves, Serious Eats has officially declared them "not horrible."
