At yesterday's meeting, the Planning Commission issued a ruling on Golden Boy Pizza's 4am extension petition. The official decision was Approval with Conditions, but as it turns out, Golden Boy basically needed a permit to keep doing its late-night thing, meaning the upshot is that the 2:30am closing time will more or less stay the same, depending on who is at the window.
