2008_07_boulangedehayes.jpgYet another branch of La Boulange is on the way, this time in Marin, where a trio of new restaurants were formally announced for the under-development Hamilton Marketplace: "La Boulange, a regional retail bakery with fresh organic breads baked daily, is planned for 1,775 square feet. It will evoke the atmosphere of a French sidewalk cafe." Also on the way: the aforementioned Saitowitz-designed Toast and Sonoma Latina Grill, an organic-Mexican-grill concept restaurant. [MIJ]
