Eater LA has been churning the rumor mill for months now, but finally, all is officially confirmed: Thomas Keller is opening a Bouchon in Beverly Hills. It will be 11,000 square feet of Kellerness spread out over two floors and balconies, a Bouchon Bakery will be involved, and the chef will be Rory Herman, currently chef of Per Se's private dining room.
