Now that menu prices are steadily rising to uncharted levels, suddenly the steady pricetags at fine dining establishments like La Folie and Fleur de Lys aren't so astronomical. Take the example that a three-course shitalian meal at Rose Pistola (below) costs $64 plus a health care surcharge, as opposed to a lobster-laden $65 three-courser at Gary Danko. Any questions?
