UNION SQUARE—Honestly, we're not quite sure what to think about this promotion downtown: "Morton's steakhouse in San Francisco announced they'll be giving out free filet mignon steak sandwiches weekdays from 5-7 PM to lure in the happy hour cocktail crowds. NAPA—According to BiteClub, Napa's Elements Restaurant has finally set a September opening date: "...we hear that some permitting issues kept renovations at the former PIzza Azzurro spot from getting the spot open sooner.
