A date has been set for the newest addition to the Napa restaurant scene: "Elements Restaurant and Enoteca will open in the old Pizza Azzurro space at Second and Franklin streets, Aug. 25. It will be open for dinner only during opening week from 4:30 to 11pm." Starting Sept. 1, it will be open daily for lunch and dinner. [NVR]
