All the day's notes go in EaterWire, so do feel free to drop your tidbits in the tip jar.
THE MISSION—At this very moment, Limon Rotisserie is open for business for the first time, right on schedule. Let us know your thoughts if you stop by. 1001 South Van Ness Avenue, at 21st Street; (415) 821-2134; website [EaterWire]
WINE COUNTRY—Calistoga winery Castello di Amorosa named a new president, but we'd like to point you two things of note in the article: "'Georg Salzner is an exceptional person and we are proud to have him as our president,' Dario Sattui (formerly known as Darryl), the exotic winery's owner ... So the owner changed his name to Dario from Darryl (yes, so much more Italian) and has no idea what happened to the predecessor. Mercy. [BizTimes]
