Yesterday, the Academy of Sciences gave a few media tours of the developing heavyweight, including a mini-peek at the two Charles Phan/Loretta Keller eateries, the Moss Room and Academy Cafe. According to SFC, the restaurant spaces are still very much under construction and will likely open after the museum itself.
