Not only will Starbucks unveil a "new food platform for most of its 11,570 locations in the U.S. and Canada" next week (meaning six new breakfast items, including ... hot oatmeal), but the bigger news is that the coffee giant also announced that on September 23rd, San Francisco will be one of three cities to roll out the Clover technology. Along with Seattle and Boston, select Starbucks locations here will incorporate the Clover into Starbucks shops for the first time (since buying it in March). [EaterWire]
