Bauer Chronicles

Once again, The Tower of Bauer brings up the issue of anonymity, and SF's (oft-recognized) critic then floats the idea ever-so-innocently that maybe anonymity is not a big deal: "A couple of weeks ago I had an email exchange with a colleague in another city, who thought it was time for U.S. critics to [come] out of the closet and identify themselves ... a restaurant can't retrain waiters and chefs when they recognize a critic."
