Fort Mason: Here we have the first look at what will probably be the main event at this weekend's Slow Food Nation bash: the Taste Pavilions. Even as we speak, the big-name architects and vendors are constructing the 15 themed booths tucked away on the edge of Fort Mason. Some, like the pizza station, are outside, while the majority—and the Green Kitchen demo area—are within the 15,000 square-foot pier building. According to the website, pavilion tickets are officially sold out, but don't worry, because we'll be covering the entire festival all weekend (and some events remain). And if you're attending, please do share your thoughts and shots, either straight to us or to the Flickr Pool.
