At a new "unnamed, big-name" restaurant, we've got reports of the exec chef hanging out on the couch during service, multiple unbussed tables, confusingly-long waits, no beer on tap, errors on the check and food that merits the following description: "I dont want to go into detail about how badly these dishes failed, so ill just show a picture instead, and let you figure it out."
