When it comes to the shuttering of West County Grill, maybe Jonathan Waxman's absence wasn't entirely to blame for the restaurant's fall from grace: "There are those who speculate that chef Jonathan Waxman abandoned the restaurant, but others point out that he was always a behind-the-scenes partner ...
