In an interview with 7x7, Dosa bossman Anjan Mitra discusses all kinds of details regarding the new—and much bigger—Fillmore outpost. Among the notable items: the number of seats has now been upped to 200, the menu will be more expansive and decidedly more non-vegetarian than the Mission original, Yelp still matters (especially coming out of the gate), and late October/early November is the current ETA.
