Oh, the joys of trying to open a restaurant in a timely manner. Up in Wine Country, the roadblocks continue for Robert Simon's AKA Bistro. The restaurant, in the former Keller Bros space in downtown St. Helena, had previously slated last Friday for its opening, then pushed it back to yesterday (according to Thrillist, who shares more deets), and now they are hoping to open either this weekend or next.
