JAPANTOWN—Hot off the wire: as if Fillmore/Pac Heights stretch didn't have enough sequels already or in the works (Dosa, Delfina, SPQR, Out the Door), you can add Bushi-tei to the list. The once-Michelin-starred French-Japanese restaurant is currently working on a spinoff of its own near the corner of Webster and Post, within the proper confines of the Japantown Center. Unlike the formal Bushi-tei, it will be a more casual "bistro" but will keep the same general fusion theme with Chef Seiji Wakabayashi running both kitchens.
