On her first meal, she is accompanied by R&G bigwigs and declares the banquet "one of the best dining experiences ... in San Francisco." Though the food is still good, visit #2 is a mess, leading to the revelation that VIPs get VIP treatment: "Where you sit at R&G Lounge makes a difference in service.
