Curbed Rumblings: Bus Shelters Gone Wild, SoMa Parties

3) New feature alert: Market Watcher Monthly, in which you watch the market, monthly.
4) On 3rd and Harrison, developers are bickering with the city about 22 controversial magnolia trees, because getting rid of them would make the building greener. Wait, what?
