In an interview with NYMag, the Top Chef judge discusses the upcoming season and dishes on which chefs she'd like to see as guest judges: "It'd be awesome to have [someone] from 200 years ago and they came into the future [Ed. note: umm...?] and saw what we were doing. Julia Child! The classic ... I'd love to have Alice Waters on the show. Thomas Keller." Guess this means they didn't rope Ol' AW and The Laundryman into the show this season. [GS via Eater]
