The former mayor of San Francisco has some thoughts on the dining scene: "I was at Joe Betz's House of Prime Rib the other night. Same menu, but the whole place has been remodeled ... It's absolutely beautiful. But the biggest change was in the customers. Every other table was Chinese ... By the way, there's a new dining tip for people going out in Oakland. Be sure to order soup.
