LAS VEGAS—San Francisco's very own Martin Yan—he can cook—has been out of the news lately, but the celebrity chef is opening a new restaurant, in Vegas of all places, according to Robin Leach, of all people: "[Yan] told me that he would be opening his first Asian restaurant here in Las Vegas later this year at the new Tivoli Village at Queensridge in Summerlin." [LVW]

TOP CHEFFAGE—Oh, Ted Allen. Says the former Top Chef judge on Padma: "Did I ever tell you that I’ve seen her naked? True story: She was changing once during season 4 in Chicago, and, as a gentleman, I respectfully started to leave the room. And she said, 'What, are you repulsed by my naked body?' So I gave her the once-over. I’ve been heterosexual ever since." [Amuse-Biatch]

SOMA—Here come the Valentine's Day specials! First to the punch this year is Jack Falstaff, which will be offering a five-course $75 menu. Crucial additional detail: The regular a la carte menu is also available. [EaterWire]

THE MISSION—In times like these, all-you-can-drink beer specials are guaranteed to make waves. Sexpigeon caught the $8 promo at Truck this Saturday, and the deal is serving the purpose of cleaning up the neighborhood and everything. [SP via Mission Mission/SFist]
