Launching today at Incanto is a new dinner offer concept dubbed Leg of Beast. It's basically a mini version of Chris Cosentino's whole beast dinners, made accessible for smaller groups; all the parts of a leg of beef are used over several dishes (think: marrow, tendons, shank) and served family style. Before wine/tax/etc., the dinner runs $200 for six to eight people, which, if you break it down, comes out to a (quasi-ridiculous) bargain ~$25 a person. Must be reserved ahead of time. [EaterWire]
