The latest addition on Yountville's dining scene, the ultra-green Bardessono, is slated to debut next week, and there a few familiar names involved. Executive chef Sean O'Toole has worked under big guys like Michael Mina, Michael Tusk, Alain Ducasse and Daniel Boulud, Blue Bottle is listed as the Artisan Microroaster (i.e., they do the coffee), and cocktail master Thad Vogler is behind the bar.
