Status: Opening tonight.
Arguably the city's biggest restaurant opening this fall takes place tonight with the debut of the new Quince. The old Myth space has been resurrected by the Tusks, and they brought along plenty of ammunition with a star-studded cast of superfriends (David Lynch on wine, William Werner on desserts, Scott Baird/Josh Harris on cocktails, to name a few). The menu is a la carte, but comes with options for tasting menus of five course ($85) or eight courses ($115). More reading is below, but two great pieces of required reading came out this week: Jan Newberry recounts Michael Tusk's unbelievable tale of how he scored a prized Bonnet stove and Jon Bonne breaks down the wine program.
