Palace Finally Rides Off Into the Sunset

Sadly, the folks behind 40-year-old institution Palace Steak House have finally decided to retire and close their old school, bargain-level steakhouse, and Mission Mission has the goodbye note from Moe and Marina (aw). The restaurant—along with the adjacent parking lot—has been on the market for at least a year now, and from the looks of this Craiglist ad today, it's still up for grabs.
