FLORIDA—The chef at a Florida restaurant got so upset at one of his waitresses that he threatened to shoot her: "Chef and manager Mark DeCraepeo got upset and said if he received one more ticket for mozzarella caprese, 'I swear to God I'll shoot you in the forehead,' ...
