1) SoMa: The Creamery's Mexican-inclined extension, Iron Cactus, debuts today with a menu serving pretty standard plates like burritos, tacos and the like. (see a .pdf menu here). 2) The Castro: Right on schedule, Panam will open in the old Frisee space this evening. It's a neo-French fusion bistro from owners Mickael Azoulay and Laurent Guillaume (Chouquet's and Blush) and will skew clubbier once late nights roll around.
