THE MISSION—Along with managing partners David White and David Steele, rising star chef Thomas McNaughton has created a smash hit at Flour + Water, and today the restaurant announced that McNaughton is now the third partner at the Mission restaurant. [EaterWire]
SOMA—Meat guys Ryan Farr (4505 Meats) and Taylor Boetticher (Fatted Calf) will be taking over Bloodhound for another evening. They'll be doing carving demos on a goat and lamb, spit-roasting a hog, and serving rabbit crepinets, chicken beer sausages and all kinds of other meat stuffs. Tickets are $40 and can be bought here.
