SF Brew Company Will Close Whenever It Runs Out of Beer

As noted on Les Twitters, the end is nigh for SF Brewing Company, which as noted back in August, is being taken over by the Absinthe guys, who will open the cocktail-centric Comstock Saloon there. SF Brew Co is still open today but will close sometime this week. However, the best (not the best) part is that the owners haven't told the staff when exactly they'll be shuttering, instead telling their team that they will close whenever they run out of beer, which could be as soon as Wednesday or as late as Saturday.
