The Sunday review took the show to the Belden Place experience, where Baueriffic hands out two stars to newcomer Trademark Grill. Its lack of crowds is slightly disconcerting, but more troubling is the lack of consistency: "Trademark can be uneven ... On two occasions, too, the waiter informed us they were out of the chop and substituted boneless loin. Once I could see how the kitchen could miscalculate, but twice indicates the kitchen isn't as organized as it might be." [Chron]
