Hubert Keller's Burger Bar Due in ONE WEEK

The next big deal restaurant to open will be Hubert Keller's Burger Bar, which—surprise—is currently slated to open next Friday, 10/16 (at 10:30am, to be precise). Perched a floor below the cash cow that is the Cheesecake Factory, the third incarnation of DJ Hubert's upscale burger joint will be his flagship, encompassing over 7000 square feet and over 200 seats. The $60 Rossini burger will indeed be on the menu, and the chef de cuisine is Jeffrey Kania, who was previously a sous chef at the St. Louis location. Again, we're a week away, folks.
