SOMA—Turns out the earlier rumblings were correct, and construction is indeed ready to start up on Boulevard spinoff Prospect. A piece in the BizTimes reveals that the Infinity has sold its last unit and the restaurant "should open by the end of the second quarter of 2010." Stay tuned, yes? [BT]
