The feuding Joe's restaurants had their day in court this morning, and U.S. District Judge Charles Breyer did not issue a temporary restraining order sought by Original Joe's that would have blocked Uptown Joe's from using the Joe's moniker in its name. Instead, the judge ordered the two sides to "meet for mediation" before a federal magistrate. That said, we have a feeling this story isn't quite over yet; further updates as events warrant.
