In Napa, now that the dearly-departed Jonnatan Leiva is doing his thing in New York, there's a new chef up at the PlumpJack Group's Farm, where the ex-Falstaff star chef was rumored to have been wooed. The new chef de cuisine is Ryan Jetté, a 29-year-old who has worked at The French Laundry for over a year as chef de partie and more recentlt, helped open Level III here in San Francisco. [NVR]
